Frequently Asked Questions About Camp

How do I register?
Visit our Camp Programs page and follow the prompts to register.

For families that would rather not use our website to register you may fill out the Contact Form on the Parents page or call 336-663-2760 so that we may get in touch with you about signing up.

Do you offer a discount if I sign my child up for more than one week?
Our pricing is already substantially lower than other summer day camps so we do not offer a discount.

What time can I drop my child off in the morning?
Drop-off is at 9am.

How long is the camp day?
Camp at Clover Trails Programs run from 9am-3pm.

What will my child need to bring to camp each day?
Children should bring a water bottle, snack, and lunch as well as sunscreen, bug spray if desired, close-toed shoes (shoes like Keens are ideal), and an extra change of clothes and shoes. If your child intends to engage in our fun water play, please bring a bathing suit as well. Please make sure that all items brought to camp are labeled with your child’s name.

What if my child has allergies, medical conditions, or other special needs?
We want to make Camp at Clover Trails a wonderful and positive experience for each and every camper. Please fill out all of the relevant information on our medical form(s). Be sure to speak with the camp director if you have specific questions or information you would like us to know prior to your child attending camp.

Who is Camp at Clover Trails for?
Our camp is for children ages 4 and up (depending on the program) who love adventure, farm experiences, and making new friends.

Is there a waiting list for camps that are full?
Yes! There is no cost to be added to the waiting list. To be placed on the waiting list fill out the Contact Form on the Parents page. As soon as a spot opens up, we will contact you and offer it to your child. We ask that you please respond within 24 hours.

What is our Cancellation Policy?
We offer a 100% refund less a $30 administrative fee, per camper, if cancellation is 2 weeks or more prior to the 1st day of the registered camp program. Refunds will be issued within 6-8 weeks of cancellation.

If cancellation happens within 2 weeks of the camp program start date due to illness or family emergency we will do our best to try and get your child in for a different week but this is not a guarantee.
